Working with school districts and private entities, Johannes coordinates the national, at-scale implementation of researched interventions that reduce chronic absenteeism. In his spare time he plays soccer for San Francisco City FC in the USL PDL. He is a licensed attorney in California.

Randy is committed to making a difference in the education community by partnering with school districts to reduce chronic absenteeism. He also travels as a guest speaker sharing positive and empowering communication strategies. He enjoys mentoring for inner-city youth programs.

Todd is a behavioral scientist who studies how mobilizing and empowering students’ social networks can increase student success. One of the aims of the research lab he founded, the Student Social Support R&D Lab at Harvard, is to develop and evaluate scalable interventions that leverage positive communications and behavioral science insights to reduce chronic absenteeism.
